I hate how much our politics revolves around another country’s politics.

Shouldn’t those be all dressed?
In any event, here in America, I’m worried. Any chance you could convince the Canadian Government to let in people with g randparents born in Canada? Seems like it might come in useful...

Depending on how this goes Canadians might have to build a wall(and make the merican's pay for it)

I hate this year because we should be in Mexico (we’re usually there later this month). If the pandemic was over, we’d probably spend a month or more there just to get away from the suffering of life with nothing to do except work.

It’s more like that Jim Carrey vehicle, The Truman Show. The US is like a universe within a world, and the whole rest of the world is watching in as if it’s a rigged reality soap . Yet, it seems like the US is neither aware of how rigged its system is, nor of the outside eyes looking in.
The biggest difference with my analogy is though that the US rigged their system themselves.

Ketchup, which is apparently a super Canadian flavour, and is also disgusting. This opinion is probably why I don’t have citizenship yet, despite having lived here for 18 years now. Well, t hat and laziness.

Trump literally ran on the platform of “this system is rigged, so vote for an outsider”. That’s the main reason people voted for a reality TV star ins tead of a politician. I think what the rest of the world (and most Americans) don’t realize is that our state politics affect us much more than our national politics. I live in a state where citizens can write and pass whatever laws we want and the legi slature can’t touch them. Our federal government is more akin to the EU, except with a much better army and nukes.

Ketchup, which they don’t sell in the U.S.
All dressed is basically everything (bbq, ketchup, sour cream & onion, etc.).
